Our Mission

About

Ballycastle in Co. Mayo is based on the North coastline of the county, a 26 km drive from Ballina. Ballycastle is home to national landmarks such as Céide Fields and Dún Bríste, but like many other rural communities, Ballycastle has been in decline for decades due to a lack of economic investment and a history of emigration. The Céide Coast Community Company (CCCC) was formed five years ago with the ambition to reverse this decline and help reinvigorate the economy of Ballycastle. This is Ballycastle people saying that Ballycastle fortunes will be addressed by Ballycastle people.
